Easily snap finger buttons that snap into the frame. Change resistance for any finger by changing the finger button or keep the same color throughout the frame. This set features 8 levels of finger buttons available: tan (xx-light), yellow (x-light), red (light), green (medium), blue (heavy), black (x-heavy), silver (xx-heavy), gold (xxx-heavy). Included in the 8-piece set is 8 frames and 32 buttons with 4 buttons per resistance level.
